I'm on a major health kick lately. Maybe it's because it's the New Year, but mostly I think that my body has just had enough of all the crap I've been feeding it and is protesting a change. I've been digging green smoothies, protein smoothies, healthy study snacks, salads, lots of greek yogurt, pilates, long runs and 2 hour gym sessions! All of the endorphins have me feeling so amazing and happy. Is anyone else with me on this health kick?

Today I went into the village for this baby
with this baby ;)
It's the Apple N Greens smoothie from Jamba Juice with a soy protein boost and a daily vitamin boost. It was DAMN good. Yum, yum.
(bag in my lap is my blue suede Topshop one. It's very PS1-esque)
I also ate these yummy apple chips that I got in my Goodies Co. box this month. Yay for feeding my body with pure goodness!
and later I hit the gym for 2 hours...for the second day in a row!
In sadder news, classes started today... commence crying session...!
